Preview of Rania and Konstantinos, who tied the knot on the 6th July. A beautiful ceremony, with tears of happiness and a lot of emotion and sentiment. The ceremony was held in the in the northern suburbs of Athens followed by a great party until the early hours. Wishing you all the best in you new life together...

A couple of weeks ago, in Porto Heli, a couple of hours drive away from Athens Aggeliki and George tied the knot in a traditional, yet so special ceremony. Family and friends (a lot of friends!) gathered around the small chapel of Ag. Aimilianos to share Aggeliki's and George's special day. This was followed by a great party at the house until the early hours.

If you are looking for an authentic "fish" experience in Athens - then look no further than Kollias on Syngrou Av. This is a traditional family restaurant where the secrets of the sea have been passed from generation to generation. I had the priveledge of photographing the restaurant recently and through these images I will try to convey the Kollias experience. ( www.kollias.gr )

It was truly an experience watching Tasos Kollias handle the catch of the day, - and the traditional way of preparing the fish to bring out the flavours of the sea. Enjoy the images and even better - treat yourself to the real thing!!!!

During mid May I had the pleasure and the priveledge of photographing the marriage of the very beautiful Vicky  to the very charming Serafeim. A lovely, lively fun loving couple with amazing family and friends.

The ideally situated Myrsinidi monastery on Chios was the setting for Theodora's christening the day after the Orthodox Easter. Maria and Niko hosted their family and friends for the beautiful ceremony celebrating the christening. A couple of days later I met the family in the old fort of Chios for a family portrait session. Enjoy these selected images from the Theodora's Special Day.

For anyone who has visited SWPP in London, the image of the "guy with the hat" will probably be quite familiar. Well "the guy with the hat" aka Richard P. Walton ( www.photograffiti.tv ) was in Athens with the Paul Taylor from the Societies (SWPP) ( http://www.swpp.co.uk/ ) to present his very excellent Mind over Camera Seminar. Hosted at the Margi Hotel in Vouliagmeni, and joined by an enthusiastic team of Athenian photographers, Richard talked us through his techniques - and reminded us that images are made with our minds and our hearts, and not by cameras and technology. I feel honoured to have spent a day with Richard, Paul, Celine and my fellow Greek photographers.

Knowledge was shared, laughs were had, hills and trees were climbed!!!, stunning images were created ... new friends were made!

What more could one ask from a single day!
